Advice for Road Runners: The Salomon Men's Aero Glide 2 Running Shoes are neutral road running shoes. Providing plush cushioning for daily training runs.

Underfoot Feel

The midsole's relatively high stack height, coupled with Salomon's ultra-plush energyFOAM, delivers a lot of plush cushioning. However, these shoes will still provide some responsive energy return.

Salomon's R.Camber rocker geometry is designed to help you to move efficiently through your gait cycle.

Upper Fit

While the midsole provides plush cushioning, the upper provides a plush fit. The soft padded tongue and collar area are designed to be very comfortable.

Ideal Run Type

The Salomon Men's Aero Glide 2 Running Shoes are best suited to daily training runs at slow to steady paces. The rocker geometry may make these a good choice on days when your feet and legs are a bit tired from a previous run.

Sizing Advice

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
